I believe that COVID-19 has raised the question of how we, the people of the Earth, should take a look at the future of our way of life.

I've been thinking about the state of civilization up to now, whether what we have built up is true, and where we should go from here, during the period of self-restraint.

I spent a lot of time wondering if this was the right thing to do with my photographs as well, and I couldn't take them. I would look back at my past work, but more and more, I was getting my head around it.

There is no word for it after SARS-CoV-2, and if I have to live with this infection for a long time, then I have to keep thinking about my own life and photography more and more.

I am thankful for the medical workers who are battling with COVID-19.
