They say there are three diseases that the pandemic causes.

The first is the disease itself, like SARS-CoV-2. The second is prejudice and discrimination. The third is a disease of the mind.

I learned in the news that the second prejudice and discrimination is directed at medical workers. I think the fear of an inexperienced virus makes it so, but I don't attack because I'm afraid, but because I'm afraid, I seek out more knowledge and what I can do to help.

The only thing I can think of in my tiny brain is to stay home, but I am grateful for the people who are fighting on the front lines. And, above all, take steps to treat the third disease.

Many people probably don't realize it.
