People's compassion is hidden in the ordinary scenery of everyday life. This situation has given me an opportunity to rethink my life. I am thankful for the medical workers and hope that my photos will help to support them in a small way so that they can return to a peaceful life.

Born in 1979 in Fukushima, Japan.

After graduating from the Photography Department of Osaka University of Arts, he worked at a studio, and in 2007, he studied under Yoshihiko Ueda.

In 2011, he became independent. He has been photographing for advertisements, magazines, books, and other publications while presenting his work.

His main works include "Peninsula Exhibition", a regional development project sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, in which he photographed the people and climate of the peninsula; "Sakura Forest, Yoru no Mori", a traveling exhibition of photographs of cherry blossoms blooming in the evacuation zone of Futaba County, Fukushima Prefecture, after the Great East Japan Earthquake; and the book "Shin'ichi Nakagawa's Akebi-Bago" (Shin'ichi Nakagawa's Akebi-Bago), in which he photographed Akita's akebi vine craftsmen throughout the year.
