Born in Niigata in 1951.
Established Sugar Studio in 1991. While working in advertising photography.
He began taking photographs abroad, including China, Mongolia and the Uyghur Autonomous Region.
Later, he visited Chaco Canyon, a sacred place for Native Americans, Hunza in North Pakistan, and India.
He has been living in Hayama since 2002. I have been taking photos every day as if I were breathing, following my heart.
